Fully automatic adjustable CZ purlin machine is a fully automatic roll forming system to produce C and Z purlins, featuring automatic changeover. This purlin former provides C purlins within the width range of 80-300mm and Z purlins with a width of 100-300mm.

Punching system with 4 cylinders, available for single hole and double holes

Rollers are manufactured from high quality bearing steel GCr15 and are processed with CNC lathes and heat treatment. Hard-chrome coating or black coating is optional. With a feeding material guide roller, body frame is welded with 400# H type steel.
